Star Mince Pies

A crispy shortcrust pastry deep filled with a rich fruit preserve of vine and citrus fruits, flavored with an array of mixed spices. The preserved fruit is laid for 18 months allowing it to mature and produce a sweet and aromatic flavour. Serve slightly warmed with a little cream or brandy butter
